Pattern Works Int’l, LLC.offers design consulting, computerized pattern drafting, pattern grading, instruction writing and illustrating and the production of camera-ready patterns for commercial printing. We specialize in working with independent pattern companies, but also work with many different clothing entrepreneurs.

Email or call us at 616-458-5987 for an estimate for your project. Estimates are based on the number of pattern pieces and the number of sizes for your project. Have these numbers ready before calling or email us with these numbers.

• We can draft patterns for children, women and men, as well as non-garment sewn fabric products.
• We print your pattern on 36” wide white paper with seams and markings according to your specifications.
• We print Camera-Ready patterns for reproduction in black on paper. We provide PDF files for print sites. We can also provide Camera-Ready copy or file format of illustrated instructions.
• To order a graded printed master pattern, send us a sample pattern and garment, along with size and measurement specifications for your grade rules. Please identify the sample size and seam allowance used and of course your time frame.
• To order a custom-drafted pattern, send sketches, photocopies or clippings of the front and back of the garment, along with size and measurement specifications.

We require a deposit of 50% of the estimated cost or $300, whichever is less, when you submit your order. We accept payment by check, Visa or Master Card.

Our turnaround time is 30 to 60 days, but we can work under tighter deadlines if we have advanced notice. We will ship your order by UPS ground or second day if you request it.
